Ski Erg
Test your endurance as you cover as much distance as possible on the Ski Erg within 10 minutes. This station focuses on cardiovascular stamina and upper-body strength.
Burpees Over Line
Perform as many burpees as possible, jumping over a line after each rep for 10 minutes. It’s a full-body challenge that emphasizes agility, strength, and stamina.
Row Erg
Compete to row the furthest distance on the rowing machine in 10 minutes, testing your leg power and cardiovascular endurance.
Bike Erg
Ride as far as possible on a stationary bike within 10 minutes, focusing on leg strength and endurance while pushing your cardiovascular limits.
Shuttle Run
Shuttle runs, lasting 10 minutes. These exercises focus on lower-body power, agility, and speed.
